The Development Council was convened in 2018 to support SOAR in achieving long-term financial stability and promoting community awareness of our mission and programs. The Council assists SOAR in developing and implementing strategies for fund-raising and employs the members’ community connections to identify potential sources of donations and support. Members include current and retired leaders in organizational development, information technology, operational management, project management, and legal services.
